Troubleshootings list

The Troubleshooting list can be very useful to manage troubles or problems on a project. You can track them easily and have a look on their resolution.

Let's see what the available fields in the record.

The Ticket is the trouble reference : when you call the hotline, the hotliner gives you a number or a trouble reference.

Enter a small description of the trouble, who must work on it resolution and define a priority (HIGH, LOW and NORMAL).

You can also as the todos write it into the Agenda as a Todo.

If we click on the "key dates" button.

Enter the creation date and time to have a track of this trouble and enter a due date.

As in the Todo list, there are 2 buttons "All" and "Priority" (see Todo list for their usage).
