How to use Orders ?

This list is used to manage orders on a project. You can enter 3 kind of Orders.

Manpower, Material or Other.

You can now check the progress in costs of your project. For each order, you can enter the selling price and the cost price. The both value give the current profit of the project.

Click on the "Multiple Papers" icon to create an order.

Enter you value here : Type (material, manpower or other)

Enter the Order Date, a brief description, the Quantity, the cost and selling price.

You can also give more details on an order in clicking on the "Order" button.

Now see the result !

QuickP allows also a categorie feature for this kind of list too !

Let's see the "Balance" Button, Just click on it

QuickP will always calculate the profit according to the current view.

BE AWARE : This calculation doesn't take care about what you have really spent in time when you look at the Task done workload neither the time log list. This feature let's you manage costs and profits on a project as you want so manually.

You can for example use the "Stats" feature in the task management list to know exactly the cost for each task and recalculate the manpower cost price and reajust the concerned manpower order as well.
