Manage Project Documents with QuickP.

QuickP offers users a complete management of the project document. This can become a really interesting feature. All your specifications, fax, minutes, letters, sources code, favorite URL and so on can be managed here in this specific list.

We can now create a document, click on the "multiple papers" icon.

Very easy no ?

QuickP recognize every kind of document, the document management is the same as in the event list (see event list chapter).

You can create a new document or associate an existing document to this entry (Click on Document).

Click on the 'New file' item menu

Click OK

Click OK again

The new item has been created. A folder icon indicates that you have associated a document to this item.

Now we can open it, click on the 'Open' button.

QuickP checks that this document doesn't not exist so QuickP suggest the list of all the applications running on your EPOC device.

Lets choose 'Sheet' application and click OK !

Close the sheet application to come back to QuickP automaticly.
